Francis X. Kroncke's expertise spans a broad range of business development, sales and marketing skills. He served as an executive, strategic planner, product manager, and national sales and marketing director. His management experience encompasses sales and marketing in Cable TV, cellular technology, and litigation support professions. He also directed higher education business development projects for the Chancellor's office of the California Community Colleges system.
For decades he built award winning sales teams. Nationwide, he trained hundreds of highly successful sales reps in a range of sales skills, including direct sales, B2B, seminar presentations, telemarketing, and tradeshow sales.
Additionally, he served corporate start-ups and nonprofit organizations as a fundraiser and project director, notably, for several community service nonprofits. His recent focus is on assisting entrepreneurial start-ups, especially those that leverage high technology to solve agricultural problems, and those developing local food products.
